We appreciate your support!

Normally, Fridays are the day when we at the McElrath Cabaret Blog are going to present blog posts in our Cabaret Through Time series. We are going to present historical cabaret singers, entertainers, venues, writers, and musicians, and will begin to compile a cabaret timeline. We hope that you find it informative!  However, tonight we’re just going to feature a couple of our favorite cabaret videos of cabaret entertainers who shined in times past as well as in the present.  I hope that you learn from watching the masters at work, and just simply enjoy their renditions.  Pour yourself a nice glass of Merlot, settle into a cozy chair, and let this music waft over you!

Some Jeri Southern:

And now another, contemporary, cabaret singer, Maud Hixson, with “Lucky To Be Me”:

I hope you enjoy these videos.  Are you going to see a cabaret show this weekend?  Please leave a comment below and tell us about it–I would love to hear from you!

Till next time,
